Pop in for a Buzzing Brew!

cafe1bvpoxfbceaa2rxrWe are delighted that the Seven Bees Café has found a new home in Kemp Town at St George’s Church.

Iain Chambers and his team opened the doors on Seven Bees at St George’s for the first time in September 2013, and offer a warm welcome in the north aisle of the church.

Breakfast, lunch, and a range of light snacks are available, along with coffee, tea and chilled soft drinks.

Seven Bees at St George’s is open Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 3pm.

On Saturdays, the Brighton Repair Café is in town, an excellent opportunity to “fill a hole in your weekend, as well as in your jumper”. Local volunteers are available between 11 am and 3pm for a wide range of repairs, not just sewing! Check for dates at www.brightonrepaircafe.wordpress.com and if you have practical skills and would like to help, they will be pleased to hear from you.

This is sure to be a valuable addition to the community, both for St George’s and Kemp Town as a whole. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
